Social Media Management for Honeywell

I was an Emerging Media Coordinator for Bolin Marketing. I managed and provided product support to customers through Honeywell’s Home and Security social media platforms. I engaged and interacted with roughly 25 customers daily while articulating Honeywell’s brand voice across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. I helped Shoreview Community Center update their marketing strategy and renovate their Facebook account. Our team created advertisements to bring in several new lifeguard applicants and to increase the number of participants for specific fitness classes.
